Many of the people who come to me feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure of why they think and react the way they do. They may struggle with avoidance, trauma, compulsive patterns, or a persistent sense of flatness or disorientation to life that makes life feel distant. What they want is clarity — a way to understand themselves more deeply, break old cycles, and reconnect with their emotions and direction. Their goal is to feel grounded, present, and more in control of their inner world so they can move through life with intention rather than autopilot.
I help clients make sense of the patterns that shape their inner world and guide them toward feeling more grounded, connected, and intentional. My approach blends depth-oriented work with practical, straightforward strategies to build awareness, emotional stability, and clarity. I draw from depth therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients understand what drives their thoughts and reactions and create meaningful change. My role is to offer direction, insight, and a steady presence as clients move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with who they want to be.
