The Connection Group

Real Support. Real Conversation. Real Connection.

Therapy, Support & Belonging for Adults 50+

Life doesn't stop changing after 50. Retirement, relationship shifts, caregiving responsibilities, grief, health concerns, changing family dynamics, and major life transitions can leave many adults feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of where they fit.

The Connection Group is a therapist-led group designed to reduce isolation and build meaningful connection among adults navigating this stage of life. Through guided discussion, emotional support, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, members gain insight, develop healthier coping skills, and experience the healing power of shared understanding.

Whether you're feeling lonely, stuck, anxious, grieving, or simply looking for a supportive space to process life's challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone.
