I help clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to build tools for lasting change.

Life can feel overwhelming when you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck. You may know something needs to change but are not sure where to begin. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop meaningful goals that align with the life you want to live. I believe therapy is a team effort. I take the time to get to know who you are beyond the challenges that brought you to therapy, including your values, strengths, and hopes for the future. Together, we can build the tools, insight, and confidence needed to create lasting change. I strive to be a consistent source of support for my clients while providing honest feedback and encouragement. Whether you need a space to process difficult emotions, celebrate successes, navigate life changes, or simply feel heard, I am committed to meeting you where you are. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe treatment should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a variety of challenges. I have a particular passion for working with youth and adolescents, helping them build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate the challenges that come with growing up. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, supported, and capable of creating meaningful and lasting change.
