“Listening deeply to one another heals and ensouls the world.”

Perhaps we face traumatic experiences, mental health challenges, difficulties in our relationships, disruptive losses, or meaningful changes and transitions. At different points in our lives, all of us may face situations that require us to pause, reflect, and seek support.
I see counseling as a distinct and special process where intentional reflection can take place. Through the counseling partnership, clients can deepen their understanding of who they are, identify their strengths, address their challenges, and turn their insights into action toward building a life that is well aligned with their values and aspirations.
With warmth, empathy, and curiosity, I partner with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults to explore patterns of behavior, thoughts, and feelings as they face the challenges and opportunities brought by anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship conflicts, and the effects of ongoing stress and trauma.
I came to the counseling profession with the belief that listening deeply to one another heals and ensouls the world. Thank you for having the courage and heart required to take steps toward creating healing and well-being for yourself and others. I hope to support you on your journey.
