I partner with my clients to support and empower them in their journey toward becoming the best version of themselves. Whether a recent life event has brought new challenges or you've realized previous coping strategies no longer serve you, this space is for you. You are the expert of your life, so I walk alongside you in your journey, never pushing you from behind or pulling you from ahead. We will collaborate to identify the areas of life that feel difficult to manage and the areas where you'd like to grow.
My goal for each and every session is to build your personal toolkit, fostering safety, security, and powerful intention in each step forward. This space is for growth, healing, curiosity, and yes, even some fun. I offer a space free from judgment where we can highlight your strengths while identifying areas of growth and change.
I use a trauma-focused lens, specializing in working with youth and adults who have been exposed to difficult life experiences. Most clients often begin during some of their most challenging times. Together, we work to build a strong and safe foundation, drawing on DBT skills that support nervous system regulation, help manage the body's stress responses, and expand the window of tolerance. With this foundation in place, we can then explore your life experiences with curiosity and compassion, creating space for healing, growth, and meaningful change. I work with each client individually to curate a unique plan with a blend of therapeutic techniques that fit each client's personal goals and current strengths.
The first step in any journey can often feel the most daunting. If the idea of starting brings up a mix of emotions, that's okay and very common. I invite you to take that step anyway. I encourage you to reflect on what led you to consider therapy and hold onto that sense of possibility. My hope is that through our work together, we can begin to turn those hopes and desires into meaningful change, empowering you to become the best version of yourself one step at a time.
