Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s easy to lose sight of who you are or what you need. You might feel stuck, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to offer a space that feels safe, collaborative, and genuine, where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly seen. Together, we will explore your strengths, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to support growth and change. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership that is authentic, empowering, and tailored to your unique goals and personality.

I strive to create a compassionate and collaborative space where clients feel supported in exploring their challenges and strengths. My work is grounded in a person-centered and strengths-based approach, informed by evidence-based practices including CBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, stress, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship challenges, family conflict, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a space for self-discovery and growth, where you can better understand your patterns, connect with your values, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to help you feel seen, empowered, and confident as you build a life that feels balanced, meaningful, and aligned with your authentic self.

I know starting therapy can feel scary, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure. You don’t need to have everything figured out to begin. I aim to create a relaxed and welcoming space where you can be yourself, talk about what’s on your mind, and take things one step at a time. I’ll be there to support you along the way.
