"Therapy should be a space where you feel supported, heard, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change."

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you should feel supported, heard, and empowered. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. With compassion and curiosity, I work alongside you to better understand what you want to get out of therapy and support you in ways that align with your needs and goals. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing, build insight, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable for you.
I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, as well as those who are trying to make sense of their experiences or find a greater sense of meaning and direction. My approach is client-centered and integrative, meaning the work is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I draw from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to support both insight and the development of practical coping strategies. I also keep in mind how identity, culture, and lived experiences shape the way each person moves through the world, and I aim to create space for those parts to be seen, understood, and explored.
Whether you feel ready to begin therapy or are still unsure, taking this first step in finding someone to work with is meaningful in itself. Wherever you are in the process, I encourage you to reach out. My hope is to offer you a place where you can come as you are, talk openly, and feel heard.
