My primary goal as a therapist is to offer a safe, compassionate space where you can feel supported as you navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re facing a difficult moment or seeking meaningful, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative. Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s holding you back, explore your strengths, and create strategies that foster resilience and personal growth. My hope is that every client leaves feeling more empowered, more understood, and more connected to their inner worth.
I have the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults, and I specialize in helping those experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and the emotional impact of traumatic life events. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Play Therapy to guide our work together. Whether we’re building healthy coping skills, improving emotional regulation, or strengthening family systems, I tailor therapy to your unique needs and life experiences.
I also enjoy supporting clients with anger management, ADHD/ADD, behavioral challenges in children, career concerns, and mood-related struggles such as bipolar disorder. My approach integrates mindfulness practices, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment techniques to help you better understand your emotions, shift unhelpful patterns, and cultivate lasting well-being.
