"Healing begins when we feel safe enough to be seen as we are—and brave enough to imagine who we can become."

Counseling, to me, is a journey without a final destination. It is a continuous process of growth, healing, and self-understanding. I see myself not as the driver but as a fellow passenger, sitting beside my clients as they navigate life’s winding paths. You may come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles you can't quite name, weighed down by self-doubt, burnout, or unresolved pain. Together, we can create a space that feels safe enough for authenticity, honesty, and exploration – allowing for change. I help clients challenge the negative beliefs that no longer serve them, build healthier patterns, and reconnect with the version of themselves they want to become. This version is not "perfect" but instead is whole, grounded, and self-compassionate.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity exploration – especially adolescents, university students, and those in the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you’re facing big changes or feeling stuck in old patterns, I offer a space where you can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself. My approach integrates mindfulness, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic insight. This means I meet you where you are with warmth, acceptance, and curiosity in order to help you explore the deeper roots of your struggles. Together, we’ll work to understand the “why” behind what you’re experiencing, while also building a toolkit to support meaningful change. I believe healing happens when you feel seen, supported, and empowered to step into your most authentic self, whoever that may be.
Not sure where to begin? That’s okay! Therapy doesn’t require a script, just the feeling that you’re ready for something to be different. Maybe you’re tired, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to change. You don’t have to do it alone and you don’t have to know exactly where you’re headed. We’ll figure it out together. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of calm to the process. Outside the therapy space, I love spending time near the ocean, practicing yoga, getting lost in a good book, and letting good music take over my mood. I have a deep belief that change is possible, even when it doesn’t quite feel that way yet. I’d be honored to meet you wherever you are and go on your journey with you.
