Judy Litkey-Noel
"I work well with someone sincerely engaged with making meaning of their life, whatever complexities this might entail. My approach is individualized, strength-based, no nonsense, pragmatic, culturally competent and client centered."

I provide a warm, safe, and non- judgmental space where children, teens, and adults can reflect on how they are developing and explore what changes they want to create for themselves. I join clients in creating attainable goals that help find balance, satisfaction, and well-being in all areas of life. I listen deeply with compassion, wisdom, and a light touch, and place a high value in my relationships with my clients and their families. I will walk alongside to help you develop skills and insight, deepen your self understanding and empower you to work toward your meaningful goals.
Whether it is anxiety or depression, life transitions, a pervasive personality disorder, low self-esteem, or loss, I specialize in helping clients alleviate pervasive symptoms and self-defeating patterns in order to develop a greater sense of self-worth and adequacy, and construct nurturing relationships.
I work well with someone sincerely engaged with making meaning of their life, whatever complexities this might entail. My approach is individualized, strength-based, no nonsense, pragmatic, culturally competent and client centered. I also have a broad range of education and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
