Dorothy Alexander

Another day at your desk, feeling incompetent and scared. Your head tells you that’s silly, but your gut says it’s not. The hamster wheel in your head is spinning so fast, you can’t focus on anything but your worrying. Worry drops out of nowhere and makes you feel like you need to do everything Right Now. Whatever you’ve done, you “should” have done more. You’re out of breath, and your heart beats faster, and maybe you’ve had a panic attack out of nowhere. Lately, you always have an excuse to avoid things you used to love, including seeing your friends, but you feel like they don’t really miss you. You’re sad, and worry at night.
You can’t keep doing this. Learn to use the science of anxiety and how it affects your body, and you will know what is happening to you. And knowledge is power, the power that will let you conquer the idea that you’re not good enough, smart enough, that some things are not for you. Understand this: Everything you dream of is there for you to take.
I ask you to do 2 things – give me a call and we can have a discussion about all that I can do for you. Then, tell me you're ready to invest in yourself. Ready to take control of your issues with strong support, clear explanations, and a sense of humor. Let's get started!
