"The desire for growth fuels the courage to ask tough questions and do the deeper work that leads to lasting transformation."

I warmly welcome those who come to therapy with a deep motivation to grow, evolve, and better understand themselves. They are curious about their inner world and open to exploring the thoughts, feelings, and experiences that have shaped their current life patterns. My approach to therapy involves a collaborative space for reflection and discovery, where the client is committed to developing greater self-awareness, emotional insight, and personal resilience. The desire for growth fuels the courage to ask tough questions and do the deeper work that leads to lasting transformation.
With a background specializing in marriage and family therapy, I bring a unique systemic lens to therapy, recognizing that individuals are deeply influenced by the relationships and environments they are part of. I work from a two-pronged approach that integrates the depth and insight of psychodynamic therapy—exploring unconscious patterns, early experiences, and emotional dynamics—with practical elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support meaningful, actionable change. This integrative method allows clients to gain both awareness and tools for navigating life’s challenges. At the heart of my work is the belief that each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to walk alongside them—offering guidance, reflection, and support—as they move toward greater clarity, connection, and well-being.
Having been on my own therapeutic journey, I can relate to the ups and downs, the frustrations and triumphs, the small steps and large results that emanate from this process. When you decide that you deserve the opportunity to become your best self on a daily basis, it would be a sincere privilege to join you in this honorable venture.
