Grace Cooper
I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where clients can build resilience and move toward meaningful change.

Counseling provides an opportunity for clients to begin or continue their mental health journey in a supportive and meaningful way. I believe it is essential for clients to work with a therapist who brings empathy, understanding, competence, and an appropriate sense of humor to the therapeutic process. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and life circumstances. My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and recognize their capacity to create a fulfilling and meaningful life. I am passionate about working with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating a variety of life challenges, including neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, grief, and suicidal ideation. I strive to help clients develop insight, build effective coping strategies, and foster resilience as they work toward their personal goals. My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs and circumstances. If you are ready to begin your counseling journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward your goals.
