"I enjoy working with individuals and helping them to face their challenges, remove their blocks and navigate life transitions, so they can lead their most passionate and fulfilling lives."

Are you seeking support to improve your overall well being, relationships with others, and most importantly, the relationship with yourself? You and I can utilize the therapeutic space to identify and verbalize your subconscious thoughts/feelings, with the purpose of living a more comfortable life and improving your ability to be present and grounded in your daily life. Using an empathetic, genuine, person-centered and strength-based approach with unconditional positive regard, I provide a safe, comfortable and autonomous experience for all people.

I have clinical experience working with those in substance abuse recovery, exploring and validating LGBTQ+ identities, and providing psychoeducation on coping skills for anxiety, depression and anger-management.

Together we will work to help raise your awareness of your strengths, abilities and worth. You are enough; sometimes we need additional support to validate and understand this. You are capable and worthy of feeling good about yourself, the relationships you have and the goals that you have set. I am offering a space of empathy, comfort and support.
