"I understand that seeking therapy can be a scary and uncomfortable process, so I believe that creating a safe environment and forming a solid and strong rapport is essential in the early sessions of our work together."

About

My ideal client would be motivated to work on their treatment goals of reducing anxiety, learning effective and healthy coping skills, and be able to identify and utilize relaxation techniques.

I have 10+ years experience working in the mental health field and received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a Specialization in Trauma and Crisis from Walden University. Through counseling sessions, I will work with you to reduce your symptoms, identify your triggers, and work through any current life issues that come up. I utilize an integrated approach involving person centered therapy and CBT within my practice. This involves meeting you where you are at and making small positive steps at your own pace.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a scary and uncomfortable process, so I believe that creating a safe environment and forming a solid and strong rapport is essential in the early sessions of our work together.
