My interest is in helping those who have been affected by a dysfunctional family system, relationship difficulties, employment issues, chronic mental illness, Mood disturbances, anxiety disorders, depression and/or domestic abuse. My therapeutic approach is based on my passion in supporting a person’s goals, stabilizing mood, and creating a life plan.

My professional experience and education over the past 12 years includes advocating for families and children, the chronic mentally ill, counseling clients from complicated family systems through use of family systems, person centered, solution focused therapy as well as cognitive behavioral (CBT) and Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) My specialty is helping my clients create daily living and coping skills that can used to reduce stress and develop meaningful goals.
