I am able to assist those to have a healthier way of understanding their emotions and to regulate, I have experiences in working with those with depression, mood, anxiety, and personality disorders, as well as children with behavioral issues.
I have experience with working with couples and families, as well as those with disabilities. I have spent several years working with the Autism population and have ran a Depression group for adults on the Spectrum.
I have obtained various certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, REBT with addictions and substance use disorders, the Nurtured Heart Approach, and Person-Centered Play Therapy. I currently hold a Level 1 Team CBT certificate.
