My ten years of extensive experience, working with a diverse population struggling with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, women issues and family conflicts(to name a few) allows me to capture each individual's strengths and potential for a safe and positive journey.

I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy, but I also utilize other therapeutic approaches as every individual is unique.
